I'm going on gour years living here at Emerald springs, and I enjoy living here, I love the location, and for the most part very quiet, neighbors are very friendly , and welcoming. An awesome staff, they process very strong people skills. And maintaneous crew dont waste any time getting to tenants who request work orders. I like living here. Thank you

Amazing place to live at. I’ve been at Emerald Springs for a few months now and I’m glad I moved here. The staff has been amazing to me. I’ve had a few issues that were resolved within 24 hours and I really appreciate that. This place is located in an area near almost everything you could need from household goods, food, furniture, automotive shops, and a few clothing stores as well. The tenants are very friendly and peaceful. Check this place out!

Me Encantan estos apartamentos. Es una comunidad tranquila, limpia y agradable, cercana a todos los mercados, restaurantes, y un personal muy atentos, y la manager bien preparada y amable. Recomiendo éste lugar.

The staff here is the AMAZING Monae and Mariana welcomed me with open arms and truly made me happy to call this my new home THANKS GUYS!!!

I really loooovvee my girls in the office. Helpful always smiling and beyond welcoming. So sadden Heather's gone but Chauncey and Brandie are beyond amazing. Energy is everytging and these ladies are great.

I want to personally thank Chauncey Parker for going over and beyond for me. I really appreciate all her help and she made sure I had everything I needed. This is my 1st apt here in Vegas and I like it so far.

So far since there is a new MAINTENANCE STAFF, I have had a very good experience with a member of the staff named SANTIAGO. He completed his task in a very short time and before he left, he made sure the problem was FIXED!!!! I hope all of the staff works the same!!
